This proposed new dwelling is on a controversial site within the mature wooded area of Ben Rhydding. Strict planning restrictions and varying levels have been incorporated in to the design which utilises the roof space as accommodation in order to achieve the lowest possible eaves height and keep the house subservient to adjacent properties.

This innovative design uses environmentally friendly materials and technology, together with “offsite” pre-fabricated methods of construction.
