£200,000 renovation and conversion of a grade II listed farm house and barn to form a 6 bedroom luxury family home.

The existing property comprised a number of small buildings which had experienced different agricultural uses over a period of time. The renovation process involved the joining together of the separate buildings to form a single property. Whilst the property benefitted from extensive ground floor accommodation, the addition of a first floor above the existing living room created a master bedroom suite and en-suite bathroom. The introduction of this bedroom released floor area elsewhere at first floor level which provided the necessary space to incorporate ensuite bathrooms for each of the existing bedrooms.
