Ilkley Town Centre Regeneration

The Ilkley regeneration concept aims to reintroduce public space into the heart of Ilkley’s town centre.  The scheme takes advantage of the natural levels in the existing landscape, with parking on the lower level freeing the surface level for the reintroduction of a landscaped open space.

The proposal reflects Sense of Space’s desire to produce high quality solutions to the challenges facing our towns and cities.  The imaginative approach offers dual benefits to the town’s increasing parking problems; the visual impact of parking would be minimized, and the town’s appearance dramatically improved.
